Richard Dimes personfies the word and is a profile in courage in Winthrop.It is his unquestioned integrity that allows him to withstand politics behind the scene and to continue to serve the Town he loves. The people of Winthrop need to inform the five Council members that they need to emulate Richard Dimes and demonstrate they too have integrity. One last point. If you think saying something nice about Richard Dimes will help me when I next appear before the Winthrop Planning Board ,then you don't know a thing about Richard Dimes.
