I have represented cliets before Planning Boards in over 40 Greater Boston communities in the last 35 years and have learned the single most important trait of a public servant is integrity. Richard Dimes personfies the word and is a profile in courage in Winthrop. It is his unquestioned integrity that allows him to withstand politics behind the scene and to continue to serve the Town he loves. The people of Winthrop need to inform the five Council members that they need to emulate Richard Dimes and demonstrate they too have integrity. One last point. If you think saying something nice about Richard Dimes will help me when I next appear before the Winthrop Planning Board ,then you don't know a thing about Richard Dimes.
