Like come on now, there is enough parking in Winthrop. And you wonder why no one pays the tickets. We pay enough bills to worry about if we dont have parking in a drive way or is we dont have the town sticker which you make us pay for to. This town needs to get it together. We may not have much crime but what we do have is drug addicts everywhere. Winthrop Schools are the gateway to drugs, honestly no lie. And the cops are worried about giving out tickets while everyone is sleeping in their home, when what you should be doing is stoping these drugs addicts from breaking into our cars.
