Monday, July 28

Visiting Nurse reports a patient on Wheelock Street has fallen in the shower.

Manager from the Extended Stay Hotel reports loud fighting come from an apartment on Pearl Avenue. Officers report speaking to female resident who was having a spirited disagreement with a moving company over the phone.

Party on Shirley Street repots that two white males asked if they could take a water heater from the caller’s property. While at the residence, the caller noticed numerous metal signs that appeared to be from a municipality.

A tornado touched down in Revere and asked for mutual aid.

Male on North Avenue reports that his landlord was after him with a hammer. 92 R. Carter and 93 Feeley report a dispute with a window person. No assault and the tenant is being evicted soon.

Male on Main Street left his black wallet at a gas station. Money and ID inside. Please call if the wallet is found.

Two pit bulls running loose on Brewster Avenue. ACO responded and two Lab dogs being removed from the beach.

Female on Villa Avenue reports that her husband is having a problem after heart surgery. Medical Aid referred to fire.

Caller on Summit Avenue reports a female sitting in a car for over an hour. Officer reports female sitting in the car with her two children has car issues and is waiting for her husband to come help.

Party on Floyd Street request a check on her sister who lives near the tornado impact area in Revere. Transferred to Revere.

Nurse at the Deaconess request a well-being check on female on Overlook Drive. 92 R. Carter reports Action took her to Beth Israel.

Male on Cottage Park Road reports there is lots of glass on the stairs. 91 Feeley and Ramadini report an open door and the house was checked out. It appears abandoned. The glass was from a liquor bottle outside. As the building is abandoned, it cannot be secured.

Several calls from Summit Avenue of very loud fireworks. 91 Ramadini located male and he denied everything as usual. He was given a warning.

Female on Bellevue Avenue reported an Internet scam regarding applying for a loan. She gave them information and deductions came from her account. Also gave a Green Dot card from CVS. She lost $1,489. The call was from Austin, Texas.

The kids are still playing at courts on Walden Street with the lights out. 91 Ramadini reports he cleared them out.

Tuesday, July 29

Two truck drivers reports a possible female driver under the influence on Main Street in the area of 7-11. 93 S. Hickey and 91 Ramadini report the car is not in the area.

Female on Payson Street called to report that someone was in her yard and driveway calling “kitty, kitty”. When she put her lights on, they stopped calling. When the caller went downstairs to investigate, she found her back door open (ajar). Officers checked the area and spoke with the caller who reports some times her door pops open if it isn’t secured properly.

Caller from East Boston Neighborhood Health reports a female relative of a patient needs to be removed from the property. She suffers from untreated mental illness. Officers report the party is leaving without incident and the officer assisted her to the MBTA.

Detail Officer requested assistance with a dog possibly hit by a car on Sturgis Street. ACO notified and responded. ACO reports picking up the dog and it appears to be uninjured. A call from a friend of the owner stated that the dog had escaped. She can take custody of the dog at Bowdoin Street. The owner resides on Cutler Street.

Party on Belcher Street reports that a friend used her credit card many times. She was not authorized to use her card. When confronted, the person admitted to using the card.

Caller reports that involved party for past assault threatened her. The caller states that the involved party was yelling at her that her sister was responsible for her son’s suicide. Officer spoke to calling party and she was advised of her rights. Unit reports he could not locate the involved party to speak to her.

Officer will try to serve a 209A issued by the East Boston Court to subject on Pleasant Street.

Caller on North Avenue reports that his landlord entered his property and moved items. W92 sent to the area and it appears to be a civil matter between tenant and landlord. The tenant claimed some property damage, but has no witnesses. All parties advised of their rights.

Female reports a cap for water open and a kid fell in it at Delby’s Corner. 91 Curran reports water shut off open and needs to be covered. DPW notified.

Caller on Hermon Street reports a possible drinking party. Units report motor vehicle towed for violations. Two females had parents pick them up.

Caller on Johnson Avenue reports 85-year-old male with chest pains. Fire and ambulance notified.

Wednesday, July 30

Male on Main Street called and asked if we could stand by while he retrieves his cat from a neighbor’s porch. 93 S. Hickey will help out.

Officer will try again to serve subject on Pleasant Street a 209A issued by the East Boston Court. He reports he is not home and may be at rehab.

A call from Kathy’s Place to report that a child took a Swiss Army knife to camp and is showing other kids. Officer took the knife from the child and will speak with his parents.

Parks and Recreation reports a child has a leg stuck in the gazebo railing at Ingleside Park. WFD assisted and freed the child.

A woman fell on Forrest Street and EMS notified.

Two abandoned 911 calls from Executive Apartments. No answer on callbacks. Officer responds and reports a domestic between mother and daughter.

Male walked in to report a hit and run on Winthrop Street.

Caller reports male party passed out in car on Shore Drive. Fire and ambulance notified. State Police checked him out and all is okay. He is taking a nap.

Party reports a female player fell and tripped over a tree stump on the first base at Winthrop baseball field. Message was left for DPW.

Reports of teen drinking on beach side of Cottage Park Road. 91 Curran and 92 Ramadini report they have seven and a small amount of alcohol. They were brought to the station for parental pickup.

Female reports girls going into the front entrance of the old high school. 93 Brokmeir report the site is wide open and dangerous. He will make an announcement ordering the trespassers out. The day shift will contact the contractors on site and have them secure the perimeter.

Report of a fight in progress on Court Road. 94 Brown, Sgt. Crisafi, 93 Brokmeir and 91 Curran report male transported with a facial wound. One male placed in custody on two warrants and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Thursday, July 31

Lt. Scarpa reports he spoke with three juvenile boys that he observed walking from the construction site area of the high school. He will be speaking to the site director about hiring a private security company to keep the area clear.

Party on Pleasant Park Road locked herself out of her residence. WFD notified.

Caller on Almont Street reports two bikes were stolen from the driveway last night.

Detail Officer reports being approached by a young child at Donovan’s Beach with a minor laceration. He is requesting EMS to take a look at it. WFD and EMS notified.

Party on Locust Street reports that her child’s bike was stolen sometime last evening.

Caller reports a woman has been packing back and forth in the area of Bellevue and Johnson Avenue. This has been going on for approximately 30 minutes. The party called back to report that the woman left in a U-Haul.

Several reports of a motor vehicle crash at Pauline and Pleasant Street. WFD and EMS notified. Officers report two motorcycles were riding together and one of the operators struck the other. Tow truck notified and the operator is under revocation and driving out of motor vehicle class.

Lifeline alert called regarding a 91-year-old female on Pleasant Street. She set off the alarm and has not responded.

Party on Winthrop Street reports that his landlord/roommate is changing the locks on the door and evicting him without any court action. Officers responded and report explaining the law to the landlord who has allowed the roommate back into the apartment.

Caller on Main Street reports an abandoned bicycle against her fence. It is a gray men’s Mongoose mountain bike.

91 will drop off an immediate threat, medical license/right to operate notice from the RMV to subject on River Road. 91 dropped it in the mailbox.

Party on Cross Street reports that his rear window was smashed by what appears to be softball sometime last night.

Caller lost his wedding ring on Yirrell Beach. He asks if it is found to please call. It is plain gold band, size 7-1/2.

Caller reports a man jumped the fence to the pool at Executive Apartments. He does not live there. Officers report that the subject was a guest of a resident and the resident was not present at the time. The subject was sent out of the area.

Domestic disturbance on Locust Street was verbal argument only. All parties advised of their rights.

Party on Pleasant Street reports being threatened over the phone in response to last night’s arrest by the subject’s sister. She will come in after work and fill out a victim/witness statement.

Caller on Upland Road reports being mentally abused by his mother and is feeling suicidal. WFD notified and he was transported for an evaluation.

A tenant/landlord dispute on Shirley Street. Officers spoke with all parties and advised them of the applicable laws. They will seek redress in civil court.

Caller on Fairview Street is worried about young kids in the yard with a small fire, possibly unsupervised.

Friday, August 1

An investigation/follow-up led to an arrest for male from Malden for outstanding warrant issued in Winthrop.

W91 off with motor vehicle on Highland Avenue. One subject in custody for unlicensed operation and driving under the influence.  Officer standing by for vehicle tow.

Party on Moore Street reports some shouting going on inside an apartment. Officers report speaking with the occupants and all is quiet at the present time.

Caller on Hale Avenue reports he has heard sounds that appear to be gunshots. Officer cancelled enroute. The USCG was conducting some training in Boston Harbor.

Party on Court Road reports having a domestic with her daughter. Officers report speaking with both parties and advising the mother of her rights on the 209A law.

Report of a loose dog on Dolphin Avenue. No owner around. ACO responded and picked up two pit bulls running loose that belong to someone on Forrest Street. Owner’s relative advised to contact ACO with his information as the dogs are registered out of Revere.

92 will attempt to serve a 209A/ERO to subject at Executive Apartments.

Patient advocate reports that female on Golden Drive is in a facility and has had her pocketbook and the contents stolen from the apartment. It also included credit cards. She has cancelled all her cards and is reporting this to her credit card company. Winthrop Housing was contacted and they report they may have her clothes and other items that were left in the hallway. The reporting party called back to state it was another female who had possession of the female’s belongings.

Party on Cottage Avenue reports kids on mopeds and a 4 wheeler driving up and down the street in the hill area. Youths were located and are taking the vehicle off the public way in accordance with the law. They stated they would not do it again.

Walk-in to report she is a victim of fraud. An unknown person opened a National Grid account under her name. The account is from Governors Park.

Party called reporting a visitation dispute between herself and the paternal grandmother of her child. She was informed this was a civil matter and she should seek redress through the Probate Court.

Female on Tileston Road fell and cannot get up.

Party presented himself for registration of Level 3 sex offender.

Caller on Summit Avenue states that three “thugs” are in her driveway. She thinks there is going to be a problem. W91 and W92 responded to find female resident who said her boyfriend assaulted her earlier in the day. The boyfriend returned with two brothers, but left in a black vehicle. There is a possible likelihood of firearms in the vehicle according to the victim. Victim applied and was granted ERO. Canton Police reports male subject was served ERO in hand.

Saturday, July 2

Caller on Pauline Street complained of loud gathering in neighbor’s yard. W91 and W92 spoke with resident who will take his guests inside.

Male on Emerson Road requests medical for his wife with breathing problems.

Mother on Girdlestone Road called to say she is arguing with her son who will not give her her car keys. She also wants him to leave. The son has left the property and it was a verbal argument only.

Report of swans in the street on River Road.

Be on the lookout of a motorcycle revving its engine on Highland Avenue.

Concierge at Seal Harbor reports that a resident has fallen and needs assistance. WFD notified. The concierge will provide access to the apartment.

Report of a past assault at Dunkin Donuts on Revere Street. 93 accompanied the victim to Shore Drive to pick up some belongings.

Party brought in a cell phone found in the area of Bob’s Bait Shop. The phone has a damaged screen. Party contacted the owner and advised him to pick it up at the station. It was p laced on front counter in plastic baggie.

E911 wireless caller on Governors Drive requesting EMS for her two-year-old child having difficulty breathing. WFD notified.

Report of loud music/party on Governors Drive. Units report speaking with adults. It was a birthday party for a child and they will keep it down.

Supervisor from Paul Revere bus called to report a passenger at Governors Drive is threatening the bus driver. Units report they spoke to both parties and no crime to report.

Sunday, August 3

911 caller on Governors Drive reports that her 2-month-old baby is having difficulty breathing. Call transferred to WFD. Units report the baby was breathing upon their arrival. The baby is being transported to MGH.

Neighbor reports screaming and yelling coming from Moore Street. Units report a verbal only.

One under arrest on Shore Drive for driving under the influence and failing to stop/yield. G&J towed the vehicle.

Motor vehicle was repossessed via Atlantic Recovery and Transport on Shirley Street. The owner is aware of the repossession.

Caller on Girdlestone Road reports that his mother will not allow him in to the house to pick up his personal items. Control was unable to reach her at her residence via telephone. 91 responds and reports standing by while the subject retrieved his items and left the area.

Party on Birch Road reports that someone placed graffiti on the front of her home last evening.

Caller states that a family of geese is blocking the entrance to building on Veterans Road. ACO notified.

Party on Bowdoin Street reports that his daughter is seizing on the floor. Call transferred to EMS and WFD for service. Officer reports 25-year-old female to MGH.

Caller on Bayview Avenue requesting EMS for her elderly neighbor. WFD notified.

Party on Shirley Street reports that his landlord has locked him out of the house and is ignoring his calls. Officer reports that the subject has made arrangements to live elsewhere. The officer stood by while he moved out some belongings.

Caller reports he was just assaulted at the skate park on Walden Street. Officer arrived and requested EMS to look at the subject’s face. The other party was still present in the park and the officers report they will bring both teens into the station and notify their parents of the situation.
