Monday, April 27

Visiting Nurse reports her patient on Wave Way Avenue has fallen and may have struck her head.

Caller on Grovers Avenue reports ongoing harassment from a neighbor who has now stacked wood near the property line. She went on to state it happened a few days ago but she did not report it. Off. Carter reports no answer at the residence. Nothing appears to be out of place.

Party at Viking Gardens reporting a female having an unknown medical issue outside on Putnam Street. Off. Feeley reports 65-year-old female being transported to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.

E911 transfer. Caller from California requests a well-being check on his brother on Irwin Street who he has not heard from Off. Feeley reports all is well. Phone was off the hook. Brothers to be reunited.

Detective reports off on a follow up on Coral Avenue.

Caller on Main Street reports someone burning something in a backyard. WFD notified and will respond.

Party reports kid with a pellet gun causing problems in the area of Corinha Beach and they are now littering. Units report the only group were basketball players shooting baskets.

Caller fro Ft. Heath Apartments reports that her neighbor might be having a medical episode as she hears some banging and possible running water. Units report everything is fine inside the apartment.

Several calls in regards to the resident at Ft. Heath Apartments. When told that the resident was checked and is fine, someone stated that it may be someone else screaming and demanded to see an officer. Both units sent. Officers report a civil matter. Other than hearing water running, there is no other noise (including someone screaming).

Party came to the station to report being threatened by a neighbor across the street on Morton Street. He further stated that the neighbor accused him of slashing his tires and did so with a baseball bat in his hand. Reporting party does not wish to pursue court action, but wanted this on record in case of damaged property or further escalation.

Drama teacher reports a male party who does not go to the Middle School has been harassing other students. She wants this noted and will seek guidance from the superintendent about getting a no trespass order.

Tuesday, April 28

Officer repots a box left in the parking lot of the Laundromat. Officer reports a charity truck picked up the box.

Female reports that her I-Phone was taken from the Natick McDonald’s and was tracked to Bellevue Avenue. Female called at midnight and was told to make contact during the day and we may e able to assist.

E911 caller asking for “help” repeatedly. Unable to gather any information from the caller. Numerous officers responded to Shore Drive and report medical aid. Fire/Action on the scene.

E911 transfer from state with party on Sturgis Street no longer on the line. State relayed that the caller was concerned because she had taken multiple medications before losing contact. Officers unable to locate the address, and attempts to call back caller unsuccessful. Cellular number traced back to a party out of Revere. Units report finally locating caller identified as a nurse at the East Boston Health Center. No service needed. Language barrier may have caused confusion.

Walk-in to report a past larceny on Locust Street. Off. Carter spoke to reporting party. He then responded to the Citizens Bank with the reporting party. Misunderstanding, no crime.

Caller at PPYC repots a dispute with a neighbor over installation of a boat dock. Party advised this is a civil dispute. Party then threatened bodily harm asking, “will police respond if I go over there with a pipe?” Units report questioning all parties on the scene and all deny making the phone call or statement. All parties advised of their rights.

CVS employee requesting police for “a couple of thieves”. Off. Feeley reports one female under arrest and one male party sent out of the area. Female was arrested for shoplifting.

Caller on Temple Avenue reports a tree was being trimmed and caused damage to a neighbor’s property. She requested an officer respond to keep the peace. Officer reports the peace was restored. All involved parties satisfied with response.

Party walked in to request information with his elderly neighbor on Wadsworth Avenue. She is at home and refuses to go back to her own residence, as she fears her daughter. Unknown why she is in fear. Off. R. Carter will respond to assist. Officer requests fire/EMS for an evaluation.

Party on Bellevue Avenue came into the station to report her lost Apple I-hone is “pinging” to another residence on Bellevue Avenue. Units report speaking with homeowner and believe the daughter may be in possession of the phone. She will have the daughter contact officers when she gets home from work.

Party on Thornton Park checked her credit history and realized that someone had opened up an account under her name.

Reports that a male needs medical attention on Golden Drive. WFD and 91 Pena report one male to MGH.

Caller on Circuit Road believes she is having a heart attack and needs assistance. Fire and ambulance notified and will respond.

Wednesday, April 29

Party on Shirley Street reports that someone just smashed windows of their motor vehicle. Her son believes it was someone inside a silver sedan. Units report vehicle with extensive damage. They stopped a vehicle in the area but subject leaving Deer Island from work and not connected to the crime. All units BOLO.

Caller on Shore Drive requests medical. Transferred to medical.

National Grid called asking for DPW saying they hit a water line on Central Street. DPW notified.

Report of a person stuck in the elevator at Town Hall. WFD notified along with the Facilities Manager.

W99 Det. Callinan and Armistead report being off for a follow up investigation on Moore Street.

Thursday, April 30

Officer will try and serve a summons from Juvenile Court to subject on Sewall Avenue. Nobody home at this time. Officer will try to serve again later in the day.

Call about a man down on Main and Marshall Street calling for help. Officer reports a false alarm. Construction worker using a jackhammer sitting down on the ground.

Officer will try to serve a summons to subject on Hutchinson Street issued by the Cambridge District court. It was served to the party’s mother.

Caller reports a small child with no parent on the side of road on Shore Drive.

Caller on Hermon Street stated that her husband has been ill and he is not answering the phone. Officer reports speaking with the husband and he was taking a nap and will call his wife.

Director of Security at Whidden Hospital would like to speak to someone about a person they have. Det. Carter given the information and will contact.

Party came to the station asking for an ambulance because he felt pains all over his body. He was transported to the local hospital.

Caller reports a person just hit his car on Saratoga Street and drove off around him and into Winthrop. He stated that the person is driving very fast around town. Advised not to follow or chase the person. Officers on the lookout for the vehicle. Caller was advised to go to Boston PD to make a report.

Manager of the Crystal Cove Inn reported a woman possibly on drugs not making any sense. Officer reports no signs of drug activity. 29-year-old female transported to MGH.

Party on Johnson Avenue that she found a nail in her tire. She believes this is related to prior instances of bullying towards her daughter. She wanted this reported for possible further action.

W97 reports that a female approached him and stated that two males wearing masks ran by her into Deer Island. W91, W98 and Det. Lt. Perrin responded. SP notified. Officers Freeman and Bettano entering the island in search of the suspicious parties.

Caller reports kids with what appears to be a gun on Pico Avenue playground. Officer spoke with a 12-year-old youth with a plastic pellet. No crime.

Caller on Veterans Road states that the fire alarms are sounding and they believe it is due to someone cooking. WFD responded and report it is just food on the stove.

Party at Dimitries Liquor reports having a problem with a customer. Subject left prior to officer’s arrival.

 

Friday, May 1

Caller reports a car chasing a young man walking on Walden Street. They are now stopped and beginning to fight. Officers report subjects involved in a verbal altercation only.

Party at Seal Harbor reports that her husband has just collapsed while getting out of bed.

Caller on Shirley Street called to report he is having chest pains. He is outside waiting for fire to arrive. Call transferred to fire.

Lifeline activation for 91 year old female who has fallen and there is no response at Governors Park.

Caller on Belcher Street reports a person in a vehicle is harassing her. Officer spoke with the parties. Reports a civil matter between landlord and tenant. Reports staying on the scene to keep the peace until the building department arrived to enter the unit. Units clear.

Medical aid for an 87-year-old male on Emerson Road.

Calling party reports three people fight at Shirley and Mermaid Avenue. Officers report nothing showing upon their arrival.

Call of a group of girls fighting at the basketball courts on Walden Street. Officer reports female parties yelling at each other.

The property manager of Governors Park reports that one of his residents made threats against other residents of Governor’s Park. Officer spoke to all parties and advised of their rights. No crime of threats.

Call for a Section 12 medical for patient at East Boston Neighborhood Health. Medical notified.

Call from Wilmington to report that her ex is calling her and threatening her from the jail in Boston. She was advised to contact the Wilmington PD as she lives there and the calls are going there.

An attempt to serve trespass order from the school to subject on Walden Street. Subject o n vacation and will call the station upon his return.

Caller on Floyd Street reports that someone outside screaming for help. Officers requests EMS. Woman fell and got stuck between the fence and a car. Fire assisted in extricating her and she is returning to Overlook

Drive by taxi.

Chief requests a u nit respond to assist with a disruptive subject at the school. Officer reports subject was released to her mother.

Motor vehicle stop at Shirley and Veterans Road led to arrest for driving under the influence, marked lanes violation and failing to stop/yield.

 

Saturday, May 2

Motor vehicle stop led to arrest of male subject for driving under the influence and speeding on Main Street.

Party reports an outside fire in the brush on the side of Energy To Go. WFD notified and will respond.

Walk-in to ask about rights on a threat to her daughter received by Twitter. Party did not identify herself but said she would talk to the school resource officer and think it over.

Chief reports two motor vehicles parked illegally on Revere Street. Owners were helping someone who fell get into her apartment. Officer checked on the lady on Overlook Drive and she is okay and does not want any medical attention.

Caller on Governors Drive requests an officer for assistance. Officers respond and report a dispute over a civil matter. All parties advised of their rights.

Party on Sunset Road states that her neighbor is playing loud music and yelling and she stated that this has been an ongoing issue. 93 state that teenagers were playing loud music and have turned it down. The party the caller was complaining about has a broken leg and was yelling to get the teenagers to turn down the music.

 

Sunday, May 3

Caller reports two women fighting on Shirley and Nevada Street. Units responding and request medical. Medical alerted. Units report one in custody for disorderly conduct. One other party is being transported to the Whidden. 93 report no fight took place. The injuries were from falling.

Mother at Governors Driver called about screaming that her daughter has passed out. Fire notified.

Officer was flagged down by a Viking Taxi to report there is an accident at Woodside and Pleasant Street. Officers report two vehicles involved, no injuries. G&H called to tow.

Wireless E911 caller on Walden Street reports that she received a call from her son who is at a park in Winthrop and being chased by a dog. Mother unsure of what park.

Party on Loring Road called to repot that her 8-year-old daughter went to get a ball from a neighbor’s yard and hasn’t returned. W93 and W92 responded and the child was located before their arrival as mother called back. All is okay.

WFD is off with a hit and run motor vehicle crash near Shirley Street. Officer reports subject gave him a possible registration on the hit and run vehicle. Officer was able to get further information after conducting an investigation. The hit and run vehicle was located on Cottage Avenue and the operator was sited for leaving the scene of an accident.

Caller at Twist N Shake reports a female in her late 50’s just put her hands on another customer in the store but has since left.
