Happy Halloween Winthrop

Winthrop was alive and out last night on Halloween. Scores of children and their parents populated the streets and sidewalks, turning Winthrop into a town of ghosts, gouls, creatures, and dinosaurs. Pictured above, Cruz Bennett, a red dinosaur, is captured by his mother Morgan Bennett.
